American Chang friend Elton, owner of Elton’s @ Mandalay Bay  helped raise awareness at the Annual Benefit Dinner, Gala & Concert  by AEROSMITH for the Lili Claire Foundation.

The event hosted by Jason Alexander raised proceeds to benefit the  Las Vegas Lili Claire Family Resource Center in association with  UNSOM. (http://www.unr.edu/med/)

The Lili Claire Foundation helps children living with neurogenetic  conditions, while providing hope & resources to the families who love  them.

In the Summer of ’06, American Chang designer, R. Scott French found himself  walking down Corso Via Emanuele, a famous meeting spot of young artists in Milan, when he happened upon a wall covered in graffiti that immediately piqued his  interest.  With one photo the inspiration for spring ’07 materialized.

Recalling the lessons of his influential mentor, Sir Paul Smith, that Inspiration is  Everywhere, French broke down the photo and began to design what would transpire in  to a full collection of twills, seersucker and linens with graffiti linings, “Minlano Man”  graphics and Italian jargon.

The collection of blazers, trousers, shorts, and shirts are for the guy who wants to be  on the cutting edge of fashion this spring and have fun while doing so.  This season  dip-dyed suits, flocked blazers, and light weight denims define the trends.
